Terms of Service
Sticky Postings (stickypostings.com) · Effective 7 July 2026 · Governed by Australian law.
The service
Sticky Postings creates advertising for small local businesses, hosts a contact page for each subscribed business at stickypostings.com/<business>, and routes the leads those pages collect to that business. The free ad builder lets anyone preview an ad before subscribing.
Plans & billing
- One plan: $249 AUD per month, plus your advertising spend billed at cost — no hidden markup.
- No lock-in: cancel anytime and your subscription ends at the close of the paid period.
- Our two-part promise: nothing goes live until you approve it, and if you cancel in your first month we'll refund it in full.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate details about your business — ads are only as honest as the brief.
- Only ask us to advertise a lawful business you're authorised to represent, with claims you can substantiate.
- Hold any licences your trade requires; you're responsible for the work you do for the customers we send you.
- If you connect an ad account (Google, Meta, TikTok), you authorise us to manage campaigns in it as directed; the platform bills your payment method for ad spend.
Our responsibilities & honest limits
- We'll run the service with care and skill, as the Australian Consumer Law requires.
- Advertising results vary with market, season, budget and your own follow-up — we don't guarantee a specific number of leads, calls or jobs, and nothing on the site is a promise of particular results.
- Ad platforms apply their own review policies; we can't guarantee a platform will approve a given ad, but we'll work with you to fix rejections.
- To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
Content & accounts
- Ads and pages we create for you can be used by you freely while subscribed; the underlying tools, templates and style remain ours.
- You own your ad accounts and your domain if you bring one — no hostage-taking.
- We may decline or remove content that's unlawful, misleading or against platform policies.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
